When textures are moving on, a soft dosa (not crispy) can be a familiar family food in baby-sized pieces.
What you need • A soft, thin plain dosa (no spicy filling)
How to serve it
- Cook the dosa on a low flame so it stays soft, not brown and crisp.
- Tear or cut into small triangles or strips.
- Offer a few pieces while you sit with them.
A little tip: Skip chutney and podi at this stage. Soft idli is usually easier than dosa when they are just starting finger foods.
